Jamie's ability to negotiate is amazing. I'd call him a shark but sharks aren't as patient. He was very knowledgeable, replied immediately to messages we left him or to any questions we had, and was very generous with his time, making us feel like we were his only clients.
At the last moment, he even took extra steps to negotiate a further $5,000 off the purchase price when were were already comfortable with the reduction he managed to get us.
We are definitely using him again.
